PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHY

Property Photography includes all interior rooms, front, rear and side exterior elevations, gardens and additional garages or outbuildings belonging to the property. Also detail shots of interior period or unusual features, plus an online image viewing and download facility. Prices below are for properties with Derby (DExx) postcode areas. For property outside the Derby postcode area, please contact us for a quote.

1/2 Bedroom properties - £25.00 (requires 30-40 minute access)

3 Bedroom properties - £35.00 (requires 40-50 min access)

4/5 Bedroom properties - £45.00 (requires 45-60 min access)

Properties valued at between £450,000 and £2,000,000 with rooms, features and facilities requiring upwards of 15 interior views - £75.00 (Photography will take over an hour to complete)

Properties valued at over £2million and above - £95.00

Private commissions also undertaken for property outside the Derby postcode area, please contact us for a quote.
